You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Services
  • Use the Services to transmit malicious code
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including HIPAA

4. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your contact information is accurate and current

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by RevSyn AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

6. HIPAA and Compliance

For customers processing Protected Health Information (PHI):

  • A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before processing PHI
  • You are responsible for ensuring appropriate authorization for PHI use
  • You must comply with all applicable privacy and security regulations

7. Service Level and Support

Specific service levels, support terms, and maintenance windows are defined in your Master Service Agreement (MSA) if applicable. Trial and demo access is provided "as-is" without guarantees.

8. Fees and Payment

Pricing and payment terms are specified in your order form or subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RevSyn AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevSyn AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims for injunctive relief.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
